Job Title: Data Analyst w/ SQL

Local or regional candidates
Interprets results using a variety of techniques, ranging from simple data aggregation via statistical analysis to complex data mining. Designs, develops, implements and maintains business solutions. Works directly with clients and project and business leaders to identify analytical requirements. Requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty and at least 1 year or equivalent experience in the field or in a related area. Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
The purpose of this request is to procure Business Data Analysis Services for implementing an upgrade to the Small Contracting Program for the Civil Rights Office. The Office is in need of temporary assistance for phone support to vendors attempting to register for the program. In addition, the Office is in need of help producing fairly complex reports required by the Director's Office and the Oregon Legislature. The reporting requires a skillset in SQL commands.
