Job title: Salesforce.com Administrator/Developer
Term: 6 months contract
Location: Eden Prairie, MN
o Perform administrator functions such as user management, profiles, roles, permissions, rules, assignment rules, queues, licenses, release management,
troubleshooting, capacity & storage, and general systems maintenance.
o Perform development designing best practice solutions through developing code & reports, conducting testing, releasing solutions, and final deployment.
o Provide expertise in developing applications, integrations, and automated solutions.
o Manage dashboards, reports, forms, templates, page layouts workflows and approvals, create and maintain custom objects, object relationships, formulas,
standard and custom fields.
o Perform maintenance and troubleshooting of applications; including using standard aspects of the Salesforce Setup menu.
o Define, deliver and support functionality and configuration of the Salesforce.com platform
o Functional knowledge of Salesforce.com data structure and understanding of how to leverage the tool to meet complex process and reporting requirements.
o Interface with business analysts, developers and other staff and be responsible for delivering and deploying complete work products and training staff
in administration and development.
What software tools/skills are needed to perform these daily responsibilities?
o 3 to 5 years of industry experience as a Salesforce.com configuration analyst or administrator
o 2 to 4 years of industry experience as a Salesforce.com developer
o Historical and proven knowledge and practical application of the Salesforce.com design, logic rules and execution of Salesforce.com configuration changes
o Ability to analyze and recommend Salesforce configuration changes in support of enhancement requests.
o SF Admin and Developer Certification or equivalent is desired
o Agile Scrum experience desired
What skills/attributes are a must have?
o 3 to 5 years of industry experience as a Salesforce.com configuration analyst or administrator
o 2 to 4 years of industry experience as a Salesforce.com developer
