Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent experience
Strong analytical, problem solving, and production diagnostic skills
Overall 5-7 years' experience with 2-3 years working with web content management systems, including one or more CMS packages such as Adobe AEM/CQ (version 5.5+)
Relevant experience in Java, SQL, HTML, MVC, JSF, REST, SOAP, XML/RPC, JBoss, Tomcat, CSS, and JavaScript
Mastery of all core web technologies including XML, XHTML, client/server-side scripting languages such as Javascript, and JSP, and web services development using RESTful implementations
Deep understanding of Java, Java EE, Servlets, JSP, Tag libraries and JSTL skills, combined with a solid understanding of Enterprise Java frameworks such as Spring and Hibernate.
Experience implementing, enhancing and troubleshooting Adobe AEM installations
Extensive knowledge of setup and configuration of the Adobe AEM CMS product
Proficient in Adobe CQ foundational concepts, including the CRX repository, the CQ platform, the use of core frameworks such as Apache Sling and Apache Felix.
A solid understanding of all Adobe CQ building blocks including templates, components, dialogs, widgets, etc., and the CQ development and deployment process
Knowledge of MVC architectures, client side and server side frameworks.
Hands on experience in developing Templates, components using JSP or Slightly scripting language, OSGI bundles, sling services, custom workflow process and customizing out of the box widget and components.
Good understanding of utilizing AEM platform to filter, process and output html, json, xml
Good understanding and practical experience of integrating with one ore more Adobe marketing cloud tools such as Scene 7, Search and Promote, Test and Target, Site Catalyst and others
Good understanding and practical experience of integrating with AEM with LDAP, 3rd party systems such as Epsilon, Hubris, Translations.com
Good understanding and experience using Personalization, Social and communities, MSM and Mobile AEM modules.
Good understanding and hands on experience using client libs and integrating external javascript framework.
Practical experience in using any common Javascript framework such as RequireJS, Angular, Handlebars or any others.
Experience with source control management tool, such as Apache Subversion and/or Git. Build/deployment & Continuous Integration experience
Familiarity with Agile development including daily scrum and weekly iteration reviews and planning.
Good understanding of end-to-end content lifecycle, web content management, content publishing/deployment, and delivery processes."
