• 6+ years of total IT experience
• 5+ years of WAS administration on 5.1.x/6.1 (Base & ND) on UNIX, and windows Platforms.
• 3+ years experience as WPS Administrator
• 2+ years experiences supporting WAS or WPS in Linux or Unix environments
• Strong Experience in IBM WPS (Websphere Process Server) Installation/Migration/Administration
• Strong Experience in IBM BPM 8.x Administration/Migration/Support
• Strong Experience in Runtime Migration
• Preferred experience in supporting Java/J2EE application on WAS
• Good Communication Skills
