| Roles & Responsibilities | : | · Responsible for Software and Hardware support of Systech Stack – Guardian and Advisor o Resolution of Software Failure & Triaging with Corporate Serialization Team o Perform upgrades, system, integration, data fixes and regression testing o Change Management coordination & execution o Estimate and monitor adherence to timelines, resources, impact analysis o Deployment of Change and Configuration Management o Review & Evaluate Change Effectiveness o User Administration o Account Administration o Periodic Access Roster Reviews o Audit Log Monitoring
· Maintenance & Support – Sentri System
o Initial troubleshooting and follow up with the OEM vendors. o Hardware Failures - Laser printers, Cameras, Vision systems, Triggers/switches, Computer Hardware, Cables and Power issues. o Audit Support Services o OEM equipment maintenance and upgrades as related to serialization capability o Add new products, like cameras, printers, scanners into production systems · Responsible to support and maintain Serialization Interfaces like….
· Responsible for Liasoning with Customer Team in standardizing templates and platform for serialization system · Provides on-site start-up support for Systech Serialization stack/systems in addition to technical assistance to help troubleshoot and repair equipment. | |
