ITSM Analyst (Remedyforce)                                                                                               
ESSENTIAL DUTIES (indicate percentage of time for each essential job duty)
System Administrator (60%)
Support all areas of the RemedyForce application including installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of the entire platform's components on a hosted environment
Configuration and customization of the RemedyForce modules
Using ITIL best practices as a guide; define requirements, workflows, data loads, manipulation, maintenance, and disaster recovery planning
Write and maintain technical documentation, training documentation, and implementation documentation
Lead system testing
Provide application troubleshooting
Provide technical subject matter expertise around the following solutions:
BMC Remedyforce suite & ancillary technologies
Service Desk (Incident & Problem Mgt)
Change Mgt (Change & Release Mgt)
CMDB
Service Level Mgt.
Service Request Mgt.
Integrations/3rd Party Technologies

Project Duties (25%)
In alignment with IT Service Delivery and the Support Center, evaluate new strategies for deploying process improvements, service modules, and act as the Project Manager through those implementations.
Deploy new enhancements to the applications while monitoring the impact and performance of other corporate systems
Act as project coordinator throughout implementation cycle and provide updates to project stakeholders

Training and Continuing Education (15%)
Read and recall vendor specific updates on software enhancements or vulnerabilities that may impact the corporate environment
Maintain a working knowledge of trends and analysis of ITIL concepts, Help Desk processes, and IT service delivery concepts to improve customer service
Attend training sessions for advanced concepts related ITIL and BMC RemedyForce deployments
Train Information Technology team on concepts, technology, or trends related to ITIL and BMC RemedyForce.
