We are looking for an intermediate-level (2-3 yrs of experience) Ruby Developer who is anxious to work in a DevOps environment and gain hands on exposure directly to our client's Cloud DVR and X1 platform tool development & upgrades.  This is an opportunity to work on cutting edge projects and technologies in a collaborative environment!

You will be a member of the Production Support team and be responsible for creating, implementing and sustaining tools that provide visibility into the products and services provided by our client's internal and external customers.

Required Skills/Experience

    At least 2 years of experience in Ruby/JRuby and Ruby on Rails development

    Hands-on experience deploying on a virtualized platform in a Linux environment

    Excellent organizational, communication, customer service, problem solving and interpersonal skills

    Ability to work on a variety of technologies and products at one time

    Ability to work in an unstructured, highly dynamic environment

    Comfortable building scalable, interactive web-based applications 

    Ability to assimilate new technologies/libraries quickly, evaluate their usefulness in supporting our business objectives and integrate the ones that fit

    Ability to be on call off hours for support of systems, software and services managed.

Understanding of and/or Prior Experience with Any of the Following Technologies is a Plus

    Github or other portfolio of prior projects
