Technical Systems Analyst

somewhat parallel to a Technical Business Systems Analyst who can do Root Cause Analysis, Creation of Data Flows, working on large systems and doing end to end documentation and summarizing of the system, create analytics, and work with things like SQL, etc.
Must be able to coordinate and deal in between groups and department
healthcare or provider space exp a plus
