8+ years plus experience in a development environment working with the technologies listed below:
• Strong knowledge of Singleton Design Patterns in C++
• Strong Software application architecture skills
• Object Oriented Design
• Strong with C and C++
• Cocoa framework building OS X applications, know Cocoa APIs
• Good with objective C
• Experience debugging complex applications (e.g. using GDB)
• Perl or Python scripting debugging
• Strong with Unix
• Familiar with databases and it's uses, schemas etc
• XML and related technologies: XSLT, XPath and XQuery
• Experience working in all stages of the development lifecycle, requirement gathering, design, implementation, testing and support.
• Experience leading projects and development resources
• Must have delivered large scale projects
Preferred Technical Skills / Experience:
• In depth knowledge of Macintosh Hardware and Software technologies
• Previous experience of working with high volume manufacturing
• Web Site and Web Services development technologies
• Database design and admin
• Windows
• Can develop database schemas
• SQL query language
• Version Control System (CVS, Subversion, etc.)
• UI Design
• Networking understanding of firewalls, TCP/IP, design, subnet masks
• Basic Electronics
