Performance Tester with Load Runner Experience in OH for 6+Months COntract !! Local for Face to Face Interview !!
Key accountabilities are documented through performance objectives and may include:
Work collaboratively with the business, architects, and developers to define non-functional requirements (NFRs), identify gaps, assess capability, and document risks.
Develop performance and capacity models.
Develop project estimates as part of the concept and project planning process.
Define key metrics and instrumentation for measuring and monitoring performance and capacity.
Identify trends through the use of metrics to forecast quality and release readiness.
Design and implement performance and capacity testing solutions using a variety of third party and custom tools in a distributed highly available environment
Troubleshoot complex configuration, infrastructure, networking, and application problems that could impact the performance or capacity of our system.
Provide release performance assessments and proactively communicate risks and dependencies which may impact the reliability, performance and/or availability of the product.
Upon acceptance of this role, the selected internal candidate will be required to sign an updated Non-Competition Agreement or Non-Solicitation and Non-Disclosure Agreement as a condition of continued employment.

Qualifications:
Bachelors or Master's degree; or equivalent combination of education and experience in Engineering, Computer Science, and/or related fields of Engineering or IT.
4+ years of experience in performance engineering with commercial business-oriented software applications
