Role: Lead Mobile App QA Engineer
Location: San Francisco, CA
Duration: 6 Months

Client is looking for a talented Lead Mobile App QA Engineer to join their growing QA team. This opportunity is a 6+ month onsite contract role. You must have a solid understanding of continuous integration, framework and delivery as it relates to iOS development and testing. The position requires development of mobile tests cases, building high-level plans, execute tests, and record results.
The Mobile App QA Engineer must understand the value of concepts and new features. Must have a minimum of 2-3 years experience with iOS testing and a senior level background of software development and testing. In this role the ideal candidate will be a self-starter and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
· Advanced knowledge of Software Testing and Quality Assurance
· Prior experience testing and development of an iOS Mobile apps is required
· Deep familiarity with mobile application frameworks
· Software development methodologies and quality processes
· Mobile technology expertise in the implementation of mobile applications
· Strong knowledge of mobile browser technologies (HTML5, Javascript, XML, CSS)
· Ability to document and track defects, as well as produce detailed reports using defect tracking tools
· Experience in Test Automation beyond record and playback
· Experience in Test Strategies, Test Plans and Test Reports
· Focus on usability and functionality usage in both mobile devices and web browers
· Experience in various Test Phases
· Experience in utilizing various Testing Methods
· Knowledgeable on Testing Metrics
· Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills
· Detail and Process Oriented
· Good communication and organization skills
Education:
· BS Computer Science or related degree preferred
