Looking for Python Developer/Programmer for a client in PA!!!!!!!!!

Duration: Long Term

Interview: First Phone followed by In-Person interview (No Skype)

Ideally we're looking for 3-5 years' experience as an in-depth full stack developer who can take an idea, create and communicate with wireframes, and code a fully tested app end-to-end with data stores, buttons for customer to click, and APIs that bring everything together. Hence "full stack". Our team is always evolving with technology so a love of learning and experimenting is a must, and comfort in a fast paced environment is a key.

MUST haves:

•Experience developing high quality web applications

•Experience with distributed and asynchronous systems

•Strong Python, data processing skills

•Strong HTML, CSS, and JavaScript skills

•Experience with RDBMS (PostgreSQL and MySQL)

•Strong working knowledge of AWS ecosystem

•Experience with *Nix •Git

•Experience turning comps and wireframes into code

•Strong ability to decompose requirements into unit tests (Extremely)

Nice to haves:

•Hands on work with Node.js

•Work with Django framework

•NoSQL – MongoDB, CouchDB

•Work with PHP frameworks

•Fully automated SDLC

•Mobile and responsive design

There are no BA's at NRG so this developer has to know how to gather requirements for the business, they need to know agile methodologies.
