Description Of Services:
Architect and Hands on Technical lead with 12+ years of experience in Microsoft technologies.
Initially need to involve with Client in analysis and architecting the solution and estimate the whole work in detail.
Lead from onsite for the entire project. Should be able to handle and manage the Client solely from all technical aspects.
Will be responsible for requirement clarity for the offshore team, guide the offshore team technically.
Represents the offshore team as it scales up.
Will be thorough with Agile scrum development methodologies.
Deliverables:
Does a PoC to generate the UI screens using WPF from traditional RPG screens
Come up with a Templates to do this conversion
Help and involve in making a tool to read screen level data generated on the RPG screen
Involve in estimations based on PoC approach
Lead the team to scale up with an onsite offshore model using Agile scrum methodology.
