Job Title:   Cyber Security Project Manager
Locations: Houston TX

Job Description:

Manages HP internal cyber security projects
Large/ complex/ single or multiple regions
May include detailed design of sponsors' high-level concept
High risk
Manages project financials including business impact
Meets or exceeds approved budgets
Provides reliable financial forecasts to Management
Manages stakeholder relationships
Manages upper level stakeholder relationships
Manages project team
Manages internal as well as external resources with a team size generally greater than 20 people from multiple countries
Mentors and encourages skill development of project team members
Provides detailed performance review input and development recommendations for team members
Contributions have significant impact on HP business and typically involves medium to high degree of change

Education and Experience Required:
First Level University degree. 5+ years in project management roles or in like roles/businesses.
Knowledge and Skills Required:
Demonstrates an in-depth understanding of key IT operational policies, processes and methodologies applicable to project management.
Project Management Professional (PMP) and/or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) preferred.
Speaks with expertise to most layers of depth related to project management methods.
Participates in the Services PM Profession community.
Professional certifications are preferred (such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, CEH, SANS/GIAC, CERT)
Proven track record of successfully managing projects and project requirements
Good communicator, comfortable discussing/consulting with technical and business staff
Strong interpersonal skills as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills.
