Title: Build/Release Engineer with Mobile Applications Exp
Location: Fremont CA
Duration: 6+ Months
Position Type: Contract
Responsibilities
· Primary owner of build and release tools and processes for the mobile applications.
· Create scripts that automate the builds for iOS.
· Help define best practices for source control, continuous integration, automated testing, build automation, deployment, and release management.
· Maintain detailed build and release notes.
· Build tools for internal use to support software engineering best practices.
Minimum Qualifications
· Mastery of source control tools like SVN, GIT, TFS.
· 3+ years' experience with build tools such as Xcode-build, Jenkins, MS Build.
· Knowledge of Xcode.
· Knowledge of power shell scripting is a plus
· 5+ years release engineering experience
Additional Qualifications Desired
· BS degree or higher in CS or equivalent
· 5+ years working on commercial software
Optional Qualifications (Plus)
· Create scripts that automate the builds for Android and Windows platforms.
· Testing background a plus.
