Senior .Net Developer – Deanna Dorsey's Team (more back end)
Core/Required (MUST HAVE):
C# 4.0+
SQL Server
XML, XSLT, XPATH
PowerShell and Batch Files (open to equivalent knowledge/technologies)
Ideal candidate will have:
6+ years .Net development experience
Visual Studio
T4 Templates
Some ASP.NET and MVC
Visual Studio Test Tools or NUnit
TFS, TFS Build, Constant Integration
NLog or other Logging Frameworks
NuGet Package Manager
Create, Maintain WCF Web Services
Create, Maintain Windows Services
General Skills/Knowledge:
Batch and Real Time Processing knowledge
Good Object Oriented skills/SOLID Principals
Some Design patterns such as Repository Pattern
StructureMap IOC framework
ORM- Entity Framework/NHibernate
Job Scheduler
Windows Server 2008+
Multi-Threading
Key "Soft Skills":
Self-starter
Shows strong initiative
Strong communicator (able to tailor communications to appropriate audience)
Work in a collaborative team environment with balance of being a key individual contributor
Problem Solving
"Roll up sleeves" and do whatever it takes type of attitude
Interest/Open to learning insurance industry
