SKILLS
5 years of experience with Kronos Workforce Central Suite, version 7.x or higher
• Advanced knowledge of Kronos Technical and Applications Architecture
Hands on experience performing multiple installations of Kronos Workforce Central suite products:
End to end application installation and configuration
Strong familiarity with Labor levels, labor accounts, pay codes, work rules, holiday and overtime rules, wage calculations, access profiles, display profiles, accruals, accrual profiles
o Troubleshooting skills should include:
Monitoring and troubleshooting report engines and reports
Monitoring and troubleshooting queries and SQL
Ability to locate and use WFC logs for the purposes of issues resolution
• Advanced knowledge of Kronos database
• Ability to write ad hoc SQL queries to aide in troubleshooting
• Advanced knowledge of Data Collection Manager, including software installation, setup, configuration and troubleshooting
• Kronos connect and WIM – Files and Folder structure, imports, payroll interface, kronos API and XML
• Secure sockets layr (SSL)
• Strong SQL and PL/SQL skills in Oracle
• Experience with Oracle DBA (Oracle 9i/10g/11g) which includes Oracle Database export/import, performance tuning
• Experience with Unix/windows scripting
