Skills:
Should have sound knowledge in BPM, preferably Activity.
• Good experience in both front end and back end services
• Good experience with SOAP and RESTFUL Services
• Good experience with EJBs
• Architect level Knowledge on building BPM solutions
• Must have prior workflow experience
• A huge plus if developer has Activiti Experience
• Good experience with configuring Spring MVC Applications
• Good experience working with WebSphere application Servers
• Experience with Agile Software Development
