Experience in Insurance will be preferred

Experience in transformation of legacy to Java platform

Experience in large development projects

Experience Required

2-3 years' experience in Java -

Roles & Responsibilities

Function as Technical lead

Perform analysis, design & development

Closely work with the customer and TCS onsite, offshore teams

Manage the overall project delivery from onsite & offshore teams

Provide regular status updates

Generic Managerial Skills Closely work with the customer and TCS onsite and offshore teams

Proactive in communication & managing the delivery

Good communication skills

Should be a good team player

Mentor the team as needed
