Position- UX Designer

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work under direction from UX and creative leads
• Collect, analyze and understand business and application requirements, prioritize and identify user tasks and goals
• Develop site maps, wireframes, content audits, competitive and heuristic analysis, interaction flow diagrams and user personas

·         Employ a variety of user-centered design methods to help learn about users and convey a site or application's experience

• Become an advocate for the user and usability centric issues
• Develop innovative solutions for web, mobile, and other emerging technologies
• Be extremely adaptable and flexible.  Able to learn quickly in a fast paced environment

·         Work effectively within technical, creative, and budgetary constraints

·         Adapt to a wide range of project types and timeframes

·         Think critically and creatively while maintaining close attention to detail

• Provide team members with recommendations for usable, well designed features while keeping budget and timeline in mind
• Present designs and rational to supervisors and business partners at various levels of the organization
• Work closely with project managers, designers and developers to ensure creation and delivery of the best possible user experiences
