• At least 3 years for Web Development experience (HTML/CSS/JS)
• At least 3 Years of Java/JSP development
• At least 2 Years of CQ5/AEM 6 development experience
o Prefer experience at more than one client/project
o Template and Component development experience required
o OSGI Service Development required
o Client Library experience required
o Maven Experience required
• Experience managing a team of developers – onshore and offshore (2 years)
• Experience with Agile methodology (1 year)
• Responsive Web Site experience a plus
• SOAP Web Services experience a plus
• REST Web Services experience a plus
• JSON Experience a plus
