Interview Process : Phone interview? 1st Round: 30 minute screen with HR, 2nd round: 30 minute screen with hiring manager, on-site with team

Brief Description/Top Skills:

·         Top Skills:  Quality Assurance Testing experience

·         3+ Years Automation

·         Test Automation experience (they are not specific about the tools b/c they haven't chosen one yet, but Selenium would be right up their alley)

·         Manual Testing experience as well, since they are still doing both

·         Write Unit Tests in Java

·         Integration tests in Java

·         Some Manual Testing

·         Want to be Automating and moving into Continuous Integration

·         Working knowledge of SDLC best practices

·         Experience with Relational database systems, including SQL query development.  

Preferred:

·         Experience testing web service (REST and SOAP) using tools like SOAP UI and Soap Scope

·         Experience with Relational database systems, including SQL query development.  

·         They are in a Linux environment. Also utilizing SQL, XML, JSON, Web Services (SOAP, REST)
