Job Description
The Manager of Archibus System Administration and A/V Services is responsible for
Managing our Archibus system.
Ensuring that Takeda Boston has the appropriate AV equipment in place.
Ensuring that our AV equipment is functioning properly.
Manage Archibus (includes upgrades, enhancements & production support)
Ensure that all AV equipment is working properly at all times
Participate in the selection of, and manage the installation of new equipment
Provide user support for key meetings and company events
Evaluate and implement new solutions (e.g. Conf Room Scheduling, Hoteling, etc)
Deliver training to end users on how to use Archibus
Monitor equipment utilization
Manage the infrastructure that supports the AV equipment (e.g. Crestron Fusion)
Deliver training to users on the use of our AV equipment

Required Skills:
Experience with Archibus or a similar Integrated Workplace Management System (IWMS); such as Manhattan Software, Planon, Accruent, or IBM.
Demonstrated ability to approach job responsibilities with a focus on process improvement.
Highly motivated, self-starter & team player with a high energy level & willingness to aggressively take on responsibility
Unconditional integrity and commitment to achieving goals
Able to work & effectively communicate with all levels of management, including executive management
