Description:
Essential Requirements
- Has a clear understanding and 2+ years of experience with cloud computing services/deployment architecture
- Experience with public and private cloud computing platforms (i.e. AWS, Google App Engine, etc.)
- Strong knowledge and experience with key modular continuous delivery solutions (i.e. GitHub, Jenkins, Chef)
- 2+ years of HEAVY Chef development
- Experience with end-to-end automation of code driven applications and infrastructure
- High proficiency with script writing, data management and tool building
- Comprehensive skills and knowledge with implementing APIs in an enterprise environment
- Experience with designing metrics and automated triggers to measure IT process effectiveness and consistency
- Able to assess current state, identify gaps, and implement improvements in coordination with the service teams
- Working knowledge with multi-data center designs and operations
- Deep understanding of security architectures and concepts (IAM, SIEM, Threat Management, Network Security)
- Understand encryption techniques and their applications
- Experience troubleshooting large distributed security systems and processes
Additional Skills
- Distributed computing and networking knowledge
- Experience with integration technologies such as Apache Kafka, Storm, Spark
- Security Development Lifecycle experience
