Skills Required and Job Description:

MOI:Telephone+Skype

  • scrum master is expected to provide leadership to enable the scrum team to reach self-organization and maximum performance.
  • facilitation of scrum ceremonies including iteration zero, sprint planning, daily scrum, sprint review and retrospective.
  • shared responsibilities with embedded tester and product owner include story authoring, product backlog maintenance, etc.
  • experience facilitating story mapping
  • deep understanding of agile/scrum methodology should enable this scrum master to also act in a coaching role for the team and product owner.
  • experience with alm tools such as jira.
  • traditional project management responsibilities include:
    • stakeholder management
    • status reporting to epmo
    • project budget and forecast maintenance
