Must Have:
Netcool experience
Impact Experience
Omnibus
Configuration on all 3, and maintenance
Doing a migration from impact 6.1 to 7.1 and Netcool 7.4 to 8.1
There is an l2 vendor there who handles level 2 issues (IBM)
