Job Responsibilities:
Senior Application Developer will work on a variety of batch interfaces around Facets Medical application.
Working as Part of a 20 person team (10 onsite, 10 offshore)
TOP responsibilities for this position:
Assess the Business requirements
Understand the current system design/architecture/functionality to a very detailed level and come up with best possible changes to meet the requirements.
Follow best practices for database design
Build robust/scalable code.
Redesign/Recode the current interfaces for performance improvements, scalability

software tools/skills are needed to perform these daily responsibilities:
Datastage, java, Experience working with Oracle and Sybase DB's on large datasets.
Experience building Stored procedures, functions in SQL.

Strong analytical, problem solving skills, must be able to work well with teams.
Should be a strong in SQL (Oracle), Sybase experience a plus
4+ years of experience working on Objected oriented programming language(Java, C#)
