Position = Project Manger / Business Analyst
Location = NYC , NY (Local or Near BY)
Duration = Long term
Rate Max = $60 -65/hr
Client: Department Of Education
NEED LOCALS OR NEAR BY…. FACE TO FACE REQUIRED
Minimum of 8 years' experience with writing application software, data analysis, data access, data structures, data manipulation, databases, programming, testing and implementation, technical and user documentation
IIBA CBAP or CAPM Certification (Highly desired)
2 years of experience conducting elicitations and defining requirements for new initiatives
Business modeling techniques and standards such as UML.
Use Case/User Story development
Meeting planning, facilitation, interviewing, and presentation skills.
Working with stakeholders to define and develop business processes and procedures
Defining and documenting new systems and operational processes through various elicitation techniques.
Desired
Estimation and schedule development
Software development lifecycle, and various technologies
Test documentation and procedures.
Enterprise architecture
