Senior Salesforce Developer / Architect:

Responsibilities

·  The Senior Salesforce Developer will work closely with members of the internal RMS user community across Sales, Marketing, Service, IT and Finance organizations on all SFDC development projects in order to meet changing business requirements, maximize value and adoption of the SFDC platform and related eco-systems.

·  Design and architect online applications that leverage the Force.comdevelopment platform

·  Design, develop and maintain solutions in Java and Salesforce. You will work across all aspects of the System Development Life Cycle - from conceptual phase through to post-implementation support.

·  Develop and maintain critical system integrations with internal systems and external service providers.

·  Be the internal subject matter expert on Salesforce platform and be the go-to person in communicating the appropriateness ofSalesforce solution options both from a technical and business perspective

·  Capture business processes in automation solutions using the Salesforce platform and the Force.com development architecture

·  Maintain technical documentation. Create and lead solution design documents, integrations designs, configuration information, developed API and other interface documentations, etc. 

·  Work with speed and urgency in an Agile environment, using Agile methodologies with a goal of defining canonical solution models that maximize reuse and ensure team velocity

·  Implement new enhancements including creation of custom objects, workflows, email alerts and templates.

Requirements:

 MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE

·  7-10 years' experience architecting enterprise applications, including database, logic, & user interface.

·  5+ years of experience with Salesforce.com or very similar experience with at least 3+ years of experience developing on / administering a large Salesforce.com instance

·  3-5 years' experience integrating Salesforce.com data with external Datamart or information exchange platforms.

·  Knowledgeable in standard functions/ modules of Salesforce.com: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Community Cloud, Custom Cloud and Analytics Cloud

·  Demonstrated experience with Force.com development platform

·  3 or more years of rigorous core Java development experience.

·  Extensive experience with Visualforce, APEX, Classes, Triggers and SOQL is required.

DESIRED EXPERIENCE

• Working knowledge of cloud computing and modern web technologies like Angular JS. 
• Experience with Force.com web services calling Enterprise Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) highly preferred.
• Developer level - (DEV401) Building Applications on Force.com.
• Use of Eclipse and understanding of web technologies is preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certified Salesforce Administrator (ADM201) and/or Certified Salesforce Developer (DEV 401)
• Certified Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant and/or Certified Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant
