Role: Functional Analyst

Location: Austin, TX

Duration: 10-12 Months

Rate: DOE


Responsibilities and Skill sets/Abilities:

·         Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business systems and user needs to formulate solutions that address business strategies.

·         Prepares solution options, identifies risks, and performs required financial analyses.

·         Documents detailed description of user requirements, program functions, and steps required to develop or modify computer programs.

·         Performs other duties as assigned.


Preferred Skills:

·         Able to work independently in a team environment with on-site and remote teams.

·         Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

·         Knowledge of project management methodologies.

·         Knowledge of technical and functional attributes of PeopleSoft.

·         Possess problem-solving skills and ability to multi-task with readiness to put in extra efforts when necessary.

·         Experience with SDLC methodology.
