Job Description:

Required Skills & Experience:

·        Experienced Design, Configuration, Administration FileNet P8 5.1

·        Experienced Design, Configuration, Administration IBM Content Collector (ICC) – File System and Email Archival

·        Experienced Design, Configuration, Administration IBM Enterprise Records (IER)

·        Work with business analysts, developers, project manager, and users to capture, define, and document business and system requirements

·        Work with other technology areas to facilitate integration with external systems

·        Exposure in developing and configuring Custom Applications and Web Services in order to customize Enterprise Content Management (ECM) solutions

·        Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently

·        Troubleshoot and perform root cause analysis on FileNet P8, ICC, IER to diagnose issues and rectify them

·        Troubleshoot and perform root cause analysis on application and web servers to diagnose issues and rectify them

·        Ability to communicate well with team members and business users

Desired Skills & Experience:

·        At least four years of experience with the following ECM technologies :

·        (Design, Development, Implementation, Administration, Support)

·        IBM FileNet P8 Content Manager 5.x

·        IBM FileNet P8 Business Process Manager 5.x

·        IBM Content Navigator 2.0.2

·        IBM Content Collector 3.0

·        IBM Enterprise Records 5.1

Preferred:

·        At least six years of experience in project life cycle activities on development and maintenance projects.

·        Ability to work as part of a team in a diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment

·        Experience working in Banking and Financial Services domain

·        IBM Certification as FileNet solution architect preferred

Qualifications:

·        B.S in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience is required
