Position: Network Engineer- Security
Location: Remotely
Duration: Approx. 6 months
Required:
A minimum of Bachelor's Degree or higher although relevant experience will also be taken into consideration
CISCO CCNP(required), CCIE
10+ years experience of data networking in large enterprise environment
Expert understanding of Cisco data networks with ability to design and implement an enterprise grade networks
Good understanding of MPLS & DMVPN, Data Centre Networking, USC, ACS, and Firewall & Threat Prevention
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve network, wireless, and communications issues
Good understanding of Firewall (Checkpoint and Fortinet prefered) hardware, OS and it's capabilities.
Good understanding of TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, DNS, DHCP, SNA, EIGRP, Layer 2 and Layer 3 protocols.
Proven successful delivery of highquality, costeffective infrastructure services in a complex, high availability environment
Proven ability to plan and execute complex workload in a pressurised, dynamic environment on time and to budget.
Cisco orientated IOS experience working with Routers and Switch platforms.
Knowledge of cabling media, industry standards and associated interfaces.
The ability to physically install Network Components and devices.
