10 + years of IT experience.  Recent Banking industry preferably Investment banking is a must.

Responsibilities:
· Over 10 + years of IT experience in Performance Test Strategizing and Engineering activities. (Experience in BFSI is preferred) -
· Performs detailed project planning and project management support including work breakdown structure, estimates, status reporting and project close-out specific to performance engineering initiatives.
· Manages team in their daily tasks which include project tasks, operations support tasks, and management of application performance defects and testing.
· Analyzes system / application architecture seeking to identify additional testing entry points to reduce project risk
· Authors or Reviews project level test strategy / plan artifacts that support the implementation of performance testing objectives such as: component / service level testing, service virtualization, user experience testing, end-to-end performance testing and communicate out the direction for performance engineering
· Demonstrate expert level knowledge of Performance testing and Monitoring tools (like Load Runner/Performance Center, HP Loadrunner Diagnostics/HP Sitescope)
· Experience on working with various technologies ¨J2EE, AJAX, .NET, Oracle
· Experience in Splunk , Dynatrace or equivalent Java profiling tools preferable
· Experienced in test script development for performance testing in Loadrunner (Flex(AMF) , Web Protocols must)
· Analyze test results to identify issues, and work with architects and development to suggest improvements and drive issues to resolution.
· Provides detailed status reporting, metrics and execution dashboards
· Actively manages testing project risks and communicates mitigation options to business / IT stakeholders.
· Interact with Bank SMEs and possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills to lead the testing engagements working and build relationships with IT and Business teams
· Discover thresholds and data impact. Make performance recommendations to the architects/ project teams/ developers based on results and code identifications
· Participate in the constant improvement of Performance Test Automation practices
· HP Certification in LoadRunner is preferrable
· Maintain awareness and knowledge of the emerging trends in technology and apply this knowledge in establishing new and innovative technology solutions
