Skills Required 

• Experience in the design, development, testing and implementation of business processes and software solutions.

• Knowledge of business analysis methodologies

• Experience in the planning and forecasting of projects and documenting and gathering business, functional or technical requirements for software projects.

• Project management skills and knowledge in project management and related methodologies (e.g. PMI, or other industry accepted standard)

• Knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle and related methodologies (e.g. Agile, CMMI, or other industry standard)

• Advanced proficiency with all MS Office applications, MS Project and Visio.

• Experience interfacing with technology leadership as well as the business client.

• Ability to conduct training & information sessions, communicate at a level appropriate to the audience, make oral and written reports and presentations. • Strong facilitation, written and communication skills.        

Experience Required 

This role will require experience in performing business architectural assessments, gathering business and technical requirements for IT projects and developing new business process designs (for Information Technology systems) to meet business needs.

Position requires:

1. 5+ years' experience working with Business Process Analysis

2. Documented experience in performing business architectural assessments and proposing new business process designs (for Information Technology systems) to meet business needs

3. Experience in all phases of the requirements process from gathering requirements from business users (JAD sessions), through requirement clarification with business users and developers, through testing and traceability matrix, through UAT and implementations.

 4. Minimum of 5 years' experience facilitating workgroups, conducting interviews for information gathering

5. Minimum of 5 years' experience developing business processes descriptions and flows, business models, and narratives

6. Skilled in MS Project, MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, macros, charting

7. Ability to work in a team environment

8. Ability to be able to work independently

9. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, good presentation skills required   

Education Required 

Possession of a bachelor's degree with not less than 21 semester (32 term) credits in computer science, data processing, computer information systems, data communications, networking, systems analysis, computer programming, or mathematics.
