Skill set Requirements:
1. Proven experience and strong understanding of Windows O/S, its Architecture and Software's supported on Windows O/S.
2. Expertise in Windows PowerShell and Batch scripting is a must.
3. Expertise in Automation Application/Domain
4. Experience with EDELL is nice to have(NOT MANDATORY)
5. Experience in Troubleshooting of Operating system & Domain level issues.
6. Strong knowledge of Networking, VMWare Concepts, NAS, SAN storage
7. Strong written and verbal communication skills
8. Experience with the various Windows protocols & services (DNS, IIS, RDP, TCP IP) etc.
9. Knowledge of ITIL & ITSM processes, change management, Incident management, problem management.
10. Good Knowledge of SQL Server platform that includes ability to write basic SQL queries using SQL Management studio to troubleshoot application issues.
11. WebLogic/Apache knowledge would be good.
