·Replacement of Silverlight controls,

·Functionality of the application:Portal application with dashboard widgets and exports delivering real time telemetry and other market data to customers, auction bidding and awards screens and web services, email alerts, document delivery, etc.
Additional desired skills:
Experience implementing MVC, MVVM or similar design patterns
Experience with agile/scrum methodologies
Experience developing websites using a Content Management System (CMS) such as Drupal, Ruby on Rails, etc.
