Position : Java Developer with Groovy / Grails
Type of employment: 3 + months
Position Summary:- Work in an agile environment building web applications using Grails Framework integrating with various backend services such as Messaging, Web Services, NoSql Database.
Must Have:
§ Experience using Grails Framework 3.x or 2.4 using Groovy language.
§ Experience using Eclipse/IntelliJ.
§ Experience working with XML and JSON using Grails, JMS and Web Services, XML, Apache Tomcat, and Linux.
§ Experience developing applications using MongoDB.
§ Broad experience with Grails plug-ins and libraries.
§ Experience with Automated Testing
§ Experience with version control such as svn or git.
Preferred:
§ Worked in an Agile development environment.
§ Experience using Apache POI
§ Integration with InDesign
§ Capable of interpreting use case scenarios and developing aligned functions.
§ Experience in integrating with build environment such as Jenkins.
§ Passion for web based technologies and emerging standards
