PHP Developer

Norwalk, CT

Our growing client is looking for a senior level application developer to join their development team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining, developing and designing changes to internal and external web based applications.

Key Responsibilities:

· Upgrading and maintaining existing systems

· Working with and maintaining integrations through EDI providers

· Identify, improve and implement new application functionality for the purpose of improving daily business processes

· Maintain complex integrations between third party systems via SOAP, JSON-RPC, flat file and FTP data transfer

· Manage existing resources as needed to complete projects on required timeline

· Working with existing website development team to integrate new systems into website architecture

· Data analysis to audit system generated problems

Requirements include:

· 5 to 10 years of experience working on PHP based web applications

· 5+ years of experience working with LAMP configurations, MySQL, HTML, JavaScript

· Ability to create simple websites in HTML and CSS as needed

· Experience with HTML5 and mobilization of web based applications preferred

· Excellent SQL skills

· Exceptional analytical and data skills

· Ability to efficiently develop, manage and analyze complex systems

· Strong work ethic and interpersonal skills
