Engagement Location, Hours and Duration:
The engagement will take place at our NYC location. Consultant during this engagement is expected to travel 10% within the 5 boroughs of NYC.
3. Qualifications / Required Skill:
· 8+ IT experience (preferably healthcare)
· 5+ yrs Oracle Database experience
· 3 -5 years of SQL / ETL and/or database administration, including of data architecture management.
· A Bachelor Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Mathematics or equivalent is required.
· Strong Oracle Database Development skills
· Knowledge of InterSystems Cache' is a plus
· Builds & maintains complex PL/SQL, T-SQL Scripts, UNIX Shell scripts, Stored Procedures, Triggers, etc.
· Performance tune of large clinical databases, employing various techniques such as schema bound views, database partitioning, and ETL/Query optimization.
· Extensive knowledge of data architectures related to large database implementations geared towards OLTP
