Job Title : ASSOCIATE OR SENIOR ASSOCIATE, SURVEOR IT ETL
Duration :12+ Months Contract
Location :Located in New York on a long term assignment
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Primary responsibility is to extract data from different sources/feeds, massage the data and load it to DB. Thus loaded data will be used by Analyst and QR teams
• Development in Linux/Python and C++ (some modules), SQL Server,
• Fine-tuning SQL queries for optimization and efficiency
REQUIREMENTS:
• 4+ years of professional software development experience
• Understanding of Functional Programming Concepts
• Strong in SQL -CRUD, Procedures/Functions and optimization
• Good Python programming and Linux commands
• Intermediate to good knowledge of C++
• Experience is working and understanding of disparate yet related data sets and be able to correlate them together
BUSINESS ACCUMEN:
Experience in Finance domain is a plus.
EDUCATION OR CERITIFICATIONS:
Master of Science or Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or similar certifications to support technical knowledge
