Job Title: QA Analyst
Location: Raleigh, NC
Duration: 12 Months
Rate: $45-50/hr on C2C max.
NC Dept of Health and Human Services/Division of Medical Assistance is seeking a QA Tester for the NC-MIPS development project. The candidate will assume a "QA Tester" role working as part of a small development team to document the test cases for a new development.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Thoroughly understand the NC Medicaid Electronic Health Record Incentive Program and the associated Attestation Systems, Transactions and workflows
Evaluate the proposed and final rules received from Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services
Ability to de-construct Business Requirements, create test plans & test cases for new and existing functionality
Ability to update existing test cases and also to create regression test suite
Execute test cases to test the new enhancements
Test case migration, test case creation and test execution in HP ALM Quality Center
Ability to identify, document defects and verify defect fixes
Understand and follow HIPAA Privacy rule and Affordable Care Act's provisions
Provide weekly status updates to management
Work in a fast paced environment and ability to multi-task. Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple concurrent tasks to best meet overall goals
Manual Testing experience involving web applications Required3Years
