Location : Germantown, MD
Duration : 6+Months

Job Description:
Hadoop core ecosystem experience (Hive, HDFS, HBase, Pig, map/reduce)
Strong Java, Python, Bash programming skills
Clear communicator, both written and spoken, articulate
Strong comfort with Linux (network, disk, and OS configuration as well as performance monitoring)
understanding of SQL including aggregation methods and join techniques
Decent understanding of database operations

Continuous integration
Agile development practices
Process automation skills
Automated testing/unit testing
Kafka and/or Spark streaming experience
Graph database experience
Experience with Hortonworks (HDP) including Ambari
