Description:
Minimum 5+ years of business experience.
Degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field.
Skill-set to include the ability to:
Identify, analyze, elicit, and document business requirements and process optimization
opportunities through extensive analysis of business needs and internal and cross departmental processes.
Develop project documents such as, business requirements document, use cases,
traceability matrix, and other project artifacts to explain/demonstrate business
requirements to project stakeholders and technology teams.
Assist Quality Assurance and Control team to ensure that requirements are
completely translated through test cases and that the proper testing plans have been executed.
Work with teams in a matrix environment consisting of various roles skill sets
cultural background through thinking strategically & tactically (strong interpersonal skills are a core requirement).
Ability to conduct workshops, interview and presentations for technology and
business audiences and capture and document the output in an efficient manner using MS Visio or similar tool.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Ability to work on a team in a collaborative fashion and independently.
Must have attention to detail and strong organization skills.
Displays strong sense of urgency to meet tight timeframes and deadlines.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
