| DESCRIPTION OF SERVICESClient requires the services of one or more Software Test Analysts, hereafter referred to as Worker, who meets the general qualifications of ITSAC Software Test Analyst 2 Category, Emerging Technology Type and the specifications outlined in this document for the University of Texas at Austin (UTAUSTIN).
All work products resulting from the project shall be considered "works made for hire" and are the property of UTAUSTIN. UTAUSTIN may include pre-selection requirements that potential Vendors (and their Workers) submit to and satisfy criminal background checks as authorized by the Texas law. UTAUSTIN will pay no fees for interviews or discussions, which occur during the process of selecting a Worker.
This solicitation is for two (2) Workday Tester positions for the Administrative Systems Modernization Program 2.0 ("ASMP 2.0"). ASMP 2.0 is a program comprised of several projects aimed at modernizing the University's administrative systems, business processes, data management, and technical architecture. A key part of ASMP 2.0 is the Enterprise Resource Planning ("ERP") implementation of the Workday HCM/Payroll and Financials modules.
The Workers shall perform unit, end to end, payroll parallel, and performance testing of the University's implementation of Workday HCM/Payroll and Financials modules, recording results and cataloging identified defects according to the Workday Test Plan. The Workers will also set up, execute, and evaluate the results of automated tests using Kainos WorkSmart. The Workers will report directly to the ASMP 2.0 University Testing Lead.
The Workers should bring experience performing testing of Workday modules. Workers need to be able to utilize test plans and expected results data to set up and conduct testing, both manually and utilizing automated testing tools, while using independent judgment to identify defects in system functionality. Workers will log defects in a ticketing system and monitor their resolution. The Workers will update test tracking documents and report status to the University Testing Coordinator.
Organizationally, the Workers will be part of the Workday Testing Team and may collaborate on other tasks assigned to the Testing Team. II. WORKER SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
