Role: IBM FileNet Admin

Location: Cleveland, OH

Duration: 6+ Months

Rate: $/hr C2C Ail Incl.

Job Description:

·         Experience and hands-on Infrastructure support of IBM FileNet P8 v4.5 and/or IBM FileNet P8 v5.2.

·         Hands-on experience with IBM Enterprise Records (IER) or earlier versions of IBM Records Manager.

·         Hands-on experience with EMC Captiva v6.0 or v7x.

·         IT Infrastructure Experience and hands-on Infrastructure support of IBM FileNet P8 v4.5 and/or IBM FileNet P8 v5.2.

·         Hands-on experience with IBM Enterprise Records (IER) or earlier versions of IBM Records Manager.

·         Hands-on experience with EMC Captiva v6.0 or v7x ( good to have).

·         Perform product evaluation, selection and integration responsibilities.

·         Administration of both prod and non-prod environments.

·         Provide 3rd level support for complex issues and problems.

·         Work on problems of diverse scope where analysis of situation requires evaluation and judgment.

·         Manage and design distributed platforms.

·         Produce service levels consistent with current business needs and future requirements.

·         Ensure the control, reliability, performance, and security of all distributed platforms.

·         Establish standards and guidelines.
