Position : SFDC QA
Location : Phoenix, AZ
Duration : Long Term
SALESFORCE CERTIFICATION REQUIRED.
Customer will need someone who can do development and not just configuration work.
· The Salesforce Software Quality Assurance (SQA) candidate is the testing expert for the clients Salesforce team.
· This person will interact with Business Analysts and developers to create test plans, test cases and strategies based on the requirements of the business.
· The SQA lead will also coordinate with offshore testers to execute test cases and log defects in JIRA.
· They will prepare documentation like status updates, test coverage and overall testing progress.
Key Responsibilities
· Create, review and execute operational qualification, integration, regression, UI, mobile and production qualification test cases using JIRA
· Attend daily scrum meetings, staff meetings and discuss overall opportunities and challenges with SQA Manager
· Coordinate testing efforts with offshore team members
· Creativity and flexibility to face and resolve challenges. Effective team player with excellent communication skills
· Assist business team with User Acceptance Testing
· Develop and execute test automation strategy.
· 6+ years of Salesforce testing experience
· Advanced testing knowledge of Triggers, Custom Objects, Data Migration, Record Types, Workflows, Email Templates, Visualforce, Apex, Data Loader, SOQL, SOSL, Force.com Excel Connector, Desktop Integration, Salesforce 1 and Chatter
· Experience testing web services and flat file integrations
