Position : HIE Business Analyst
Length : 6 Months
Location : NYC,NY
Requirements:
We were approved for our major critical path DSRIP work streams and are in need of a few strong, seasoned HIE/BA's to hit the ground running to deliver 3 main tasks:
Determining interface requirements based on the defined clinical data elements needed at each of our Partners
Supporting the Partners in their interpretation of how best to transmit to the HIE
Performing Quality Assurance testing and verification once data is flowing through our HIE
Below are a few additional bullet points for the HIE/BA analyst role we are looking for:
Responsibilities:
Analyze and translate reqs into functional and technical specs for Technical Team – develop Requirements (business/functional/system) Documents, Process Flows, System Flows – FAST turnaround time ideal
Utilize BABOK, SDLC, and other standard BA methodologies in everyday tasks and activities.
Skills:
Excellent written, oral, interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills
Ability to critically evaluate and troubleshoot complex problems
Ability to communicate and interact with a wide variety of individuals (Since this will be client facing, we need strong professionals)
Attention to details
Experience creating BRD's and FRD's and can share examples
Should be well versed in SDLC
The key is someone who documents well and can turn around these documents quickly. Documentation has been a bottleneck across our team, so we need someone who can crank out requirements documents (who understands HIE and software systems well).
