Role ::  Scrum Master

 

Location :: Louisville, Kentucky

 

Duration :: 12+ months

 

Experience :: 10+ years

 

JD :: 

 

• 8+ years Agile Scrum experience  handling multiple scrum teams in a different geographical locations (onsite / offshore model)
 •  5+ Years of strong scrum execution  and delivering mobile software products within budget, on-time and high quality product
• Must have strong experience in managing scope, key stake holders, Change Management process, Effort, Schedule and Cost
•  Establish the agile scrum process and  coach the scrum team as required
• Able to maintain backlog stories as required.
• Must have strong communication / Written skills 
• Should be capable to reporting scrum team metrics periodically and manage the impediments
• Should be capable to proactively identify the risk and mitigate the impact with necessary action
