Title: OCM Senior Lead Consultant
Location: HOPKINS, MN
Duration: FULL TIME
RESPONSIBILITIES:
.Lead the design, development and execution of Integrated
Change Plans for low to medium rigor projects and other assigned projects including leadership
alignment and stakeholder management and all other change activities
.Works with assigned Global IT project leadership team to ensure
alignment with BU and function leadership.
.Identify scope for BU organizational alignment efforts and
confirm with manager.
.Deliver CCE capability building activities within Global IT and for
affected business and functions
.Provide Subject Matter expertise to IT project teams to ensure
appropriate methodology, approaches, and strategies are being utilized for CCE activities.
.With limited direction, integrate people and other resources to
carry out the Change Plan.
.Identify barriers and challenges for successful CCE work,
determine alternatives, make recommendations and implement the approved recommendation
.Contain and resolve issues that do not require Regional CCE
Manager or Project Sponsor involvement
.Reinforce project direction and vision to resources
.With limited direction, integrate people and other resources to
carry out the project management plan by developing an effective CCE project resourcing structure
leveraging internal FTE, offshore and 3rd party resources as needed to support the CCE project
plan.
.Identify variances from the plan, determine alternatives for
approval and implement the approved recommendation
.Ensure that contingency plans minimize risk
