JOB DESCRIPTION:
Under general direction, formulates/defines system scope and objectives. Solves complex problems considering applicable constraints. Performs at the highest technical level of all phases of systems analysis and programming activities. Completes small projects or individual phases of larger projects as needed. Provides guidance and training for analysts/programmers.
